HYDRAULIC ROTARY DRILLING RIGS
XCMG XR150D III

The XR150DⅢ rotary drilling rig is widely applied in the pore-forming work of cast-in-place concrete piles in the construction of foundation works, such as highways, railways, bridges, ports, and high-rise buildings. It drills using friction type and machine-locked drill rods.
Chassis
The XR150DⅢ is equipped with a dedicated chassis that provides extraordinary stability. The chassis uses a heavy-duty hydraulic retractable crawler, offering transport convenience and excellent traveling performance.

Engine system
It adopts the Guangxi electric control turbo-supercharged engine, providing strong power and meeting the Euro III emission standard.

Hydraulic system
The hydraulic pressure system uses threshold power control and negative flow control, achieving high efficiency and enhanced energy conservation.

Rotary drive
The power unit is controlled by a pressurizing or pulling hydraulic cylinder, equipped with a drilling hydraulic motor, a spring shock absorber at the upper part, and a drive head (opening the drill head) at the lower part. Additionally, it is also equipped with a driver set suitable for friction-type and internal locking-type drill rods, as well as a drill rod guide frame with bearings.
